Drawing- General Stardust

One of many powerful characters. Because of a mysterious source of power (a comet-stone) he is able to transform his whole body, or parts, into stardust.
With this ability he can also cause a shower of comets causing massive destruction.

He always talks about "foolish dreams" if anyone tries to say him, that he is one of the bad guys.
